🕒 Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return with Wake Up Apparel.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To start your return, email us at support@wakeupapparel.com. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.

📌 Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

❗Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us right away at support@wakeupapparel.com so we can evaluate the issue and make things right.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Undergarments or underwear

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., soaps, skincare)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items or gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or style?
The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.


🇪🇺 EU Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason — no explanation required.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
