All items are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party production partners.

  • Fulfillment time: 2–7 business days before shipment

  • Peak seasons (e.g., holidays): May require additional time

  • You will receive two emails:

    1. Order confirmation

    2. Shipping confirmation (with tracking link)

🌍 Where We Ship

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries supported by our fulfillment network.
If your country is unavailable at checkout, we currently do not ship to that region.


💵 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Order weight and size

We may occasionally offer flat-rate or discounted shipping during promotions.


🕵️ Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a direct link.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

  • You can track your order using the link in the shipping confirmation email.


❗ Delays & Delivery Issues

Delays may occur due to:

  • High-volume seasons (e.g., holidays)

  • International customs processing

  • Carrier disruptions

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered” by carriers

  • Issues caused by local shipping providers

🛑 Incorrect Shipping Info

If you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, contact us immediately at support@wakeupapparel.com.
We can only update addresses before fulfillment begins.


🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery:

  • You will be responsible for reshipment costs.

  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct before submitting your order.


🧾 Duties, Taxes & International Fees

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
